The room was amazing! It had everything I needed, like free WiFi, a safe, and even free bottled water. The private bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. The flat-screen satellite TV was a bonus, and the hairdryer came in handy. I really enjoyed the cozy seating area too.

I personally didn't fancy the balcony, but others might love it.

Convenient Location & Nice River View

This hotel, situated in a small village on the banks of the Mosel River, offers a stunning view of the river and is conveniently located. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. There was also plenty of private parking available for guests.

The poor customer service, understaffing, and noise from the road detracted from our stay. The staff treated us as though we were a nuisance and were unhelpful when needed.

Nothing, everything was great.

The hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for accommodation and dining options. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, particularly the rooms with a view and direct access to a huge balcony on the top floor. This allows guests to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings, such as the fascinating war memorial and the vineyards at the back of the hotel. The breakfast spread is also worth mentioning, with a wide variety of meats, rolls, breads, cereals.

Speaking of dinner, the food was absolutely delicious, especially the local Mosel wine that added a special touch to the meals. Another great aspect was the peaceful location of the hotel. It was the perfect place to relax and take a stroll around the quiet town. Lastly, the staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
